David Hodgdon holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech and is a Microsoft Partner with more than 27 years of IT industry experience, including data communication equipment design, IT support and system administration in the small business sector. He is excited and proud to be a leader in offering enterprise-class IT support to small and medium-sized business owners like you. He understands that small businesses depend on their computer networks and are either neglected by the IT community or served by IT consultants trained in the impersonal “big business” enterprise environment. Tom Neff boasts 33 years of IT support experience, having worked with such renowned companies as Digital Equipment Corp., Compaq and HP. He holds a BA from Hood College, A+ Certification, is a Microsoft Partner and has achieved Dell Premier Access status. Tom believes that the break/fix business, while the traditional model for tech support, is bad for our clients and their networks. By the time the network is down, their businesses grind to a halt and financial loss is occurring. With Tom’s experience and state-of-the-art software, these unexpected “down” times can be eliminated.
